That’s true, I used to fight for myself In my union meetings because my rep was just a clown who was there to appease the management agreement.

Had a union like that, did nothing but jerk around with management. Now we whole new group that's actually doing something for once. Most of our stewards didn't do much as well, so we voted most of them out as well.

But for me- work hard, never miss a day, "yes sir" will get you promoted and yadda yadda. Busted tail to try to be a team lead and they promoted someone who never had experience in that department and it's all gone to hell, even two years later. Good thing I've moved to another area.
