Texas Tech's best player just got tossed from the Houston game for a pass across court where his leg came in contact with one of two defenders smothering him. Announcers going crazy. Call was so bad the TT head coach went crazy after seeing it on the monitor and he got kicked out. Now they've called another technical. Craziness.

Refs are total garbage and you will never convince me they’re not in on the betting action.

I didn’t see this happen live and had to find a video. I’m assuming they called that a flagrant 2 for a supposedly intentional groin shot? You aren’t kidding about one of the worst calls ever. I don’t know how you could even try to justify that.

I just turned that game off too, wow. College refs are so corrupt.

I'm sure there's some of that.. but I still think the biggest issue is they've become power-hungry. An unchecked profession that enjoys making the game about them. I'd up their pay to attract more talent, but start a thorough review process that not only happens after games, but also at the end of the season. Start weeding out the problem officials like Ayers and Greene and others.

I want to know why guys like Tony Adams always seem to do every 3rd game we have. There are hundreds of college games being played every week.. whether it's D1 SEC or D3 Union college.. why the hell are we only seeing the same 7 or 8 refs it seems?

I think all of them bet or a big part of them at least. That or Vegas has corrupted a lot of them to call games how they want.

Would like other camera angles or something other than the 1 rather far away view .. but you don’t kick your legs waaay out to make a cross court pass , looks suspicious??

Now I know that I’m not super athletic like these guys but you guys that are might be able to answer this question. Who jumps and kicks their legs out like that making a pass? I think that they definitely deemed his kicking motion follow thru as intentional. Should have been a Flagrant 1 for sure but hard to prove intent.

He didn’t kick his leg way out. He made a completely normal motion while making that kind of pass
