Was watching Pawn Stars & I guy came in with an actual (first) base from Game #2 in 2016 Series that Cubs won - & also that game. MLB switches them out every 2-3 innings & then sells them. MLB puts their authentication on them.

Guess how much the guy wanted for it? See below.

$30K !! Yikes! What got me was that they offered him $7K - which seller turned down.

On a side note. A friend and his wife just got back from Vegas and they went to the pawn shop. He said the place is a joke. Said the shop was small and it was roped off where you had to walk around. He said the day he went, none of the main group was there.

I've heard that same story from almost everyone that visits. Apparently the guys are only there when they are shooting the actual show.
