It's not a basketball game. It's an exhibition.
The soccer game is post season tournament.
Our game is being aired, so who cares? Does it matter to you that much where it's aired? Why?

Given that, why does it matter one bit which channel it is on?
I have a daughter that has chosen soccer as her sport and unless something crazy happens she will play some level of college soccer, that being said watching scoreless games for 80 minutes is not the most entertaining sporting event to watch lol, I would say the numbers for the SEC tourny are pretty bad.
Someone from ESPN must be big into equal rights, insisting a womens college soccer game is aired instead of the UK game. Theres no way in he11 more people are watching that bore fest over a UK game, exhibition or not.
The whole SEC Plus thing is such a joke anyway, there is a SEC Alternate channel or was and they literally never use it. SEC Plus and ESPN Plus are two different logins, one is for cable and one is for Disney, just so ridiculous.
Sorry, but that's because you don't know what you are doing. You just have to watch it on the ESPN app.
