Women trail 38-33 at the half against Purdue FW

Definitely not looking good. Gave up 38 points in one half when they average only 44 a game. They’re still turning it over at an alarming rate once again 9 in the first half. Foul trouble is really bad on this team when you only go 8 deep a couple of girls with 2 and Key for her 3rd toward the end of the 2nd.
Definitely need to clean some things up. Ross for Purdue FW can shoot!

She played for a little bit. I just think because we were playing from behind most of the night Brooks doesn’t have that confidence to have her in yet in these situations.
Not a pretty win but a win nevertheless 79-67 and 5-0 on the year!
We need depth. It’s no wonder we fell behind tonight, only playing 7 girls after an overtime game two nights ago. Silva looked like the real deal in exhibitions... Especially when she’s out there with Strack.
I totally get it we need Silva and we miss those 2 projected starters that got hurt before the season even started.
They wore down their opponent in the second half. The men will have games like this tonight, not making shots, calls not going our way and other team playing well. Great win by the Lady Cats.
The lack of strength inside will definitely hurt in the SEC. I said it in a previous post that the SEC has big girls with girth. I’m glad we have 6’5” and 6’6” but I’m still concerned they will get pushed around.
