WLKY sports reporter sues Louisville high school after being injured on the sideline during game

What a pansy ass clown.

Many years ago, I used to cover high school sports for a few newspapers. I understood the risks of being on the sidelines, but I worked for small pubs and had to be my own photographer.

During a game in 2007, a RB ripped a big run down the sideline. I got a few really good shots. DB caught up with the RB and shoved him out of bounds right where I was standing. Next thing I knew, I was on the ground with scattered notes, a bloody nose and sore ankle. Kid who ran over me helped me up and apologized. I told him it was part of the game and my job. No ill will.

Coaches gave me some pizza after the game. Guess I should’ve sued the school.

Friend of mine got run over after a football game by a Gator that the UK stadium crew was driving. Wound up having some serious ankle issues afterward, but never thought for a second about suing UK. People are sue happy and greedy

Edit- Just remembered that the same guy got run over by DeMarcus Cousins at Rupp as well. Took out one of his camera lenses and had to have the camera body serviced as well. May have been the same year... lol.

Cowgill dropped his suit.
Question- would Tucker have sued Cowgill if he got severely hurt when pushed into him going out of bounds?
