With NIL, will the actual money of each player now be known?

The IRS will require tax forms from each player that makes NIL - correct? Will that info become public - as it is considered donation or not? It should be made public knowledge - if it did it would be huge factor for a lot of reasons concerning the players. Possibly more pressure to perform?
