Worst thing that would happen is a fine and to me it would be worth it considering what Cal makes. He needs to put them on blast for the piece of shat officiating that went on tonight.
Would cover $10,000 before morning with a Go Fund and advertisement from KSR and here lol.I'm sure we would cover the fine with a gofundme account
Barney isn't going to do a damn thing. Two Saturdays in a row with tweets reporting other refs and coaches saying the two crooks in question were out of line. We'll never know but Mitch B should be on a direct line to SEC commish demanding things change.
Put me down for a hundred right now.Would cover $10,000 before morning with a Go Fund and advertisement from KSR and here lol.
the problem is that if he did that, he'd suffer a much much worse character assassination by the two-bit sports media than Pitino, Roy, or Boeheim have ever endured.Agree. Take a checkbook, open it up and say I'll fill this out after I'm done saying what I think. As poster Mike Edwards pointed out, delay of game warning should've been the call.

So, status quo ...the problem is that if he did that, he'd suffer a much much worse character assassination by the two-bit sports media than Pitino, Roy, or Boeheim have ever endured.
Because that would help what? Get him fined and suspended. Stay classy Cal. Let the thing run it's course. They're not going to change outcome no matter what but you can be damn sure there will be dialogue about the inappropriateness of this T.Worst thing that would happen is a fine and to me it would be worth it considering what Cal makes. Do you really think the SEC gives two craps what we think? They already know this is going on. It isn't exactly a recent phenomena either, though this year we've consistently been screwed worse than average.
What it would do is draw attention to the game actions that happened in the final seconds that otherwise would go unnoticed by everyone other than those who watched the game. Call it a piece of shat call for what it is and you have ESPN reporting on it and millions looking it up to see what happened. The entire world needs to know that Pat Adams is a piece of garbage and maybe if some embarrassment is brought onto the SEC it will do something.Because that would help what? We already have road games at Rupp. There would be no backlash because they would know Cal doesn't care to call them on their crap. If anything they would walk a finer line with more eyes on them doing out games. There wouldn't be just 1 but 3 consequences from that kind of statement:
1. Heavy fine
2. Bad press (character assassination, as jamo says).
At that point, you're thinking, meh, he can afford it, and writers don't like him anyway. But 3 is the key...
3. We would get zero close calls from here on out. Even refs that privately think Adams screwed up would join the cause in solidarity. If you think it can't get worse, think again. We don't get many calls on the road, but no one does. We'd start having road games at Rupp....

Not as much as it could be. There comes a point when enough is enough. And you think that hasn't already happened?
he'd never do that, and I'm glad we have such a class act as our coach
selfishly I wish he would, though
yep. refs are like certain other professions: the vast majority are doing the best they can and with good intentions, but they still protect the bad apples.3. Seth Greenberg and officials he spoke with said it was a call that should have been overlooked. There were many poor calls tonight, but he cannot call out officials after that game. It will just sound like whining about that one late technical, and no one outside of the Bluegrass is going to think that was a terrible call.
Well I guess we'll keep taking it up the *** with a smile our face then.Because that would help what? Get him fined and suspended. Stay classy Cal. Let the thing run it's course.
