When he left UK I thought he wouldn't be missed at all. Just watched the Zags game, a 5 point loss to UCLA, and I'm again impressed---think that in all around play he's about as good as any big, a complete player. My guess is that he'll probably be an AA this season (2nd or 3rd team)and decent in the NBA eventually. Well, it's not the first time I've been wrong.
Too, I believe that Skal will come along that same path eventually. We need him strong-willed soon. His body language may be signaling a loss of confidence. I hope his mates and the staff are lending him lots of morale-building support.
