Although his personality probably doesn't lend itself to delegating; he's smart enough to understand it's importance. And obviously, he doesn't mind the "ambassador" aspect of the job. He handles that better than anyone ever has or probably ever will.

I honestly believe that as long as he continues to surround himself with quality assistants who stay long-term, he'll be at Kentucky for another 10 years, as long as he continues to win, which I see no reason why he won't. In 10 years, he'll only be 66; 1 year younger than Steven Tyler is now.
