Why does EVERY game that precedes ours last MORE than 2 hrs???!!!!

Because the window for college basketball should be 2.5 hours.

It’s rare for a televised game to finish in exactly 2 hours, especially if there’s OT, a ton of late game fouls/free throws, and monitor reviews.

What was the previous timeout for?another in 5 seconds?
That was a dumb use of timeouts by Cronin. If the plan was to call timeout after crossing half court anyway, why call one before the free throw instead of saving it on case they had trouble getting the ball in?

It was scheduled at 4 30 central time seems they cannot follow their schedule nothing new its always this way.

When your sport has 40 minutes of live action and it takes well over 2 hours to play it, your sport has a problem. I don't understand why the NCAA doesn't experiment with things like the Elam Ending, going to three timeouts per half (non-transferable), or some rule that if a team is up by 10+ with 2 minutes to go, any non-shooting foul will result in 2 FT plus retaining possession of the basketball. They could experiment with it during the NIT, CIT or whatever in the post season and in the exhibition games.
