I think that Travis would jump at the chance, probably deserve each other.

Wait a minute.

Why in the world are people saying anthony grant? The same anthony grant that was just FIRED because his style sucks, he can't recruit, and his teams can't score? His promotion of a program is beyond bland and dull. He has zero personality. Did I mention he just failed miserably at head coaching?

There is no chance Florida packs it in and makes a hire that pitiful. Wtf?

I agree but no ones mentioned R. Pitino SR. ? He already has a house there and his son could take over L-ville? lol boy that'd be fun huh?

There will not be minimal pressure at Florida. Man this board really really convinced itself Florida fans couldn't care less. In reality, theres lots of florida fans who care. Its not UK,Kansas, etc... but its still a job that people respect with a decent following. And now that Billy is gone, the next coach will have some pressure. You can bet on it.

Nice post. Basically my sentiment as well. We will give the new guy ample time to get the job done, but there's enough big time Florida basketball fans to prevent the program from going into the cellar if he isn't the right fit.

ok, its kind of off topic, but espnu ran a special about how to beat kentucky, and grant was the coach they used to show how it could be done. That was funny to me because he lossed to us pretty bad earlier in the year.
Some guys are better off assistant coaches, and he seems to be in that mold
