fox....will diallo we have potential to have a big time SG. knox is still in play at SF along with JV. i do believe we will get bamba so our center position is all set. the reality is with SKJ, WG, and PJ, 1 of those 5 stars have to step up and take over at PF and own it.

but point guard we are pretty weak and fox is elite.

Fox showed me enough in tough games that he is a game changer. I think he will wind up being Cal's best PG in time in the NBA. Loved the heart and passion he played with. I will miss Bam, Monk, and Fox probably more than any other freshman class we've had.

Agree on Fox emerging as best PG in the NBA. Hope he's not stuck on a team where it doesn't really matter. LOL

That's like asking what my favorite flavor of ice cream is:).....I voted for Fox and it wasnt a hard choice for me really. I think all three would benefit from another year in our system though in that none have a polished game. NBA ready means something totally different these days than it did back in the time of Bowie, Sampson, Olajuwon, Ewing, etc.

I'd say Anthony Davis. He's got the length and athleticism to really put our team over the top next year.

given how much fox's perimeter shooting had improved by the end of the season, kind of a no-brainer for me

Hard to make that choice, but I sure would like to see Bam play with Bamba! That would be an awesome tandem!

He'll have to have an absolutely incredible NBA career to surpass John Wall at this rate. Wall may be the 2nd best PG in the NBA right now. He's unreal.

I'm giving Fox the slight edge over Monk, because it all starts at the point guard spot. With the way Fox can get to the rim, his improved outside shooting down the stretch, and his size as a point guard, he just brings a little more to the table imo.

Monk, but it's close. I think Quade/Shai will be adequate at the point. Bamba likely joins up with BBN, giving UK its elite rim protection. UK still needs elite scoring, however. Monk fits that bill.

Monk is what our needs are about as best we can anticipate right now. I agree it is close and any of the three would be great as long as we're pipe dreaming.

I would go with Fox all day long. He was brilliant down the stretch for us and his shot had improved a great deal which leads me to believe he would be even better from the outside next year. One of the most exciting players to watch in the game and he would fill a huge need for us in the backcourt. I understand the Monk choices above but I think Fox would just be way more valuable with next year's group. Bam is probably the only one we have a chance with (extremely slim chance, I think) and I'd love to have him return but the question was which of the 3 would you like to have back. We have lots of big guys coming in so I have to go with our greatest need which would be a 2nd year Fox.

Fox without question. He'd have a field day with all those long athletes, especially if we were to land Bamba.
