Who is Our Point Guard? Shai or Quade?

Shai is now ranked higher, according to 247 Sports. He apparently shoots better, and is taller. He is now a 5 Star recruit, and Quade has slipped down to 4 Star status.

I know rankings mean nothing to Cal, so at this point, it looks like it will have to be settled in practice. I guess it will boil down to which one wants it the most. There should be some intense scrimmages.

Bamba was looking forward to being the recipient of Quade's assists. But I guess he will make his decision before any of this guard competition is settled.

this thread is why we need to all take a huge breath. Look at how far we have come from the 2007 - 2008 days. The fact that we are having to choose between five star studs to lead the team is just nuts! Let's go get no. 9!

Knowing the way you like green what else could you say. Quade will start with Alexanders pt determined by how soon the game slows down for him. We've had top 5 PGs that had to adjust to game speed. SGA will take some time to adjust but should eventually be important to our success.

I didn't get banned I quit posting for a pretty long time. Then I went to sign in other day. Didn't remember my password or the email I used on that account. So said screw it and made new one. The last 2 have been due to me not knowing password or the email linked to the account.

I think the major point that is being missed is that Calipari picked up Shai when he was barely known. Now everyone is taking notice. Kinda shows how good Calipari is at evaluating players.

Short answer is both...Quade will start but they will play together and Shai will run point when Quade is out of the game. Shai can play 1, 2 or 3...Quade is purely a 1. We will have lineup options, that's good
