Who is one former UK player you'd add to this years team?

If anyone says anyone other than Anthony Davis they need there UK card pulled.
Dan Issel. He went to war every night back when men were real men.
Karl Towns as a sophomore. I wanted to say Cousins because we need some of his nastiness but Towns would be averaging something like 18pts, 12rbs, 3blks per game on this team.
I might go with Michael Kidd Gilcrest. He doesn't play the five, where until Skil gets it going, but he was a warrior and leader.
Oh no. Meeks shined because UK was terrible. You only remember his better performances, because EVERY time he drove the ball it was a turnover.
Anthony Davis is the only right answer any year for me. He'd make the D a lot better, rebound, help on offense with front court scoring, lead the team, etc.
AD, of course. However, a case can be made for Cousins or MKG. The toughness of those two would be welcome additions to this team.
THIS. Easiest answer ever. Besides just his overall awesomeness, AD is EXACTLY what this team most needs.

Going with Davis not only for the obvious but for the added benefit / result in Skal being on the bench as much as humanly possible. FWIW, Nerlens was a very close 2nd for this same reason. Then Willie, KAT, Bowie, dinner bell Mel, etc. After all those guys, I would probably look hard at Jamal Magloire;s 976 minute, 435 rebound senior season. Again, for the purpose intended. It's a long list that would do me just fine. Andre Riddick says hi.

Davis is an obvious choice for me, even though there are countless players who could take this team to another level.
In reality this team should have Dakari Johnson and in this years NCAA it would be all we needed to be the favorite. Would have probably made him an early first round pick too. Probably a 15/10 guy and those don't go unnoticed on 1 seeded teams.

Without a doubt, either Davis or Cousins. Davis was much better defensively, but Boogie was the better offensive player. We would win it all with either of them.

And yes I have to agree. Davis was not only the most absurdly freakish player I think I've ever seen at Kentucky, he would perfectly fill the void at our most needed spot.
Take Davis every year and we probably win a championship 50% of the time.
