I had faith in most on the list but BG had me worried the first few games, however I think he was a big part of the Dook comeback and I'm starting to see him as a huge part of this team and the future.

Garrison and Oweh have both been huge pleasant surprises.

I really didn’t know what to expect from anyone this season but I gotta say, everyone has at least MET my expectations (aside from maybe Chandler, but I should have known his time off would set him back)

But I feel like these four guys have been way better than I thought. Butler with his relentless defense, Oweh with his clutch play and tenacity, both of them with elite shooting thus far. Brea is the most efficient offensive player in the country. And while Williams is probably closest of these 4 to what I expected, I didn’t see him averaging a double-double with 11.5 rpg.

Although I think the obvious answer here is Mark freaking Pope. He’s blown my expectations out of the water. But of the PLAYERS, who’s your pick? 😁

Ansley Almonor should be on this list and win IMO. Obviously Oweh is running away and deserves it, but he was always supposed to be a big part of this team. Almonor and Garrison have exceeded expectations so far the most I’d say.

Which is awesome because the rest are seniors, we get them 2 back next year(unless oweh plays himself into a high draft pick).
