I'd say how the pieces fit matters more. It would depend on who you're building around and what you have to surround them with. With Wall, you would want to surround him with guys who could play well off the ball and can spread the floor at least to a certain extent. Even if you didn't have another guy you would consider a star, I'd say you would have a really good team if you could put that together, especially if they were all at least decent defensive players.

If I had 4 John Walls, I would hope that a couple could hit from outside. Epps couldn't do it alone.
