Where Will You Park?

I have an Orange Lot pass and thinking of trading for a different lot. It's terrible now. Small spaces, must place tent over your car and it takes over an hour to get out of it after the games. Hopefully I can trade it for a purple lot pass.

At my house, right next to the water tower in the UK arboretum. Seriously, my wife is considering charging people $20 per car to park in our driveway. I told her that was a bad, bad idea, unless she wants beer cans and garbage in our front yard, not to mention the unavoidable call of nature. :scream:

Usually find a street spot on the whole other side of campus - Euclid area and beyond - and walk.

I have a private parking spot at the law school. I'mma use that, even if it's a slight walk.

Actually, no, I want this. I promise to keep all the drunken shenanigans at tailgate!!! Seriously, PM me... I'll even pay a deposit.

Those of us without parking passes, what are some parking solutions?

In a church parking lot in the subdivision behind the water tower. They charge like 50 or 60 dollars for a reserved spot for the season or they also charge per game. Come in off of Tates creek. It's a little bit of a walk but you get in and out quickly.

Yep, that is Crestwood Christian, where I got married, and still attend occasionally. It supports the youth group, so it goes for a good cause as well. Last time I checked, Crestwood sort of "overlooked" the drinking in the parking lot, so long as you don't get out of hand. But I am not 100% certain of that.

Find a place on Montclair off Tates Creek about 3:00p, walk about 10 minutes and voila!

Would you want to trade yor orange for a blue?

Thanks for the suggestions. How early do you need to get there to get a spot? I will be pushing it the first game due to some prior commitments.

Parking in the orange lot again this year. It's not as much fun now that there are supposedly very few grass spots available. I might as well have asked for a red or blue lot pass. I'm going to miss tailgating on the grass. That's my only negative about all of these upgrades. Excited for that first game... Go Cats!

I could be mistaken, but last year Montclair, as well as the streets that run off it, had signs everywhere stating that there was no parking permitted on UK football game days.
