Vrabel is a top 5 coach IMO. They probably have the worst secondary and oline in the league. For the 2nd season they are riddled with injuries, but it seams to be too much this time.

I definitely don't think he should be fired. I think he is a really good coach who isn't given much talent to work with.
That said, Sean Payton apparently made it known he wants to come back. So someone somewhere will definitely be on the chopping block

What I consistently wonder is why more teams don't say "fk" the salary cap, take the hit in fines, and go balls to the wall for titles for 3 years. The fines are a pittance compared to how much dough they pocket when they play well.
Blaming it on the fired GM...and the OC... they still think Vrabel is a great coach. Like Tennessee fans think Foolmer was great even though he squandered enough talent between 2001-2008 to win maybe 3 SEC and 1 or 2 NC. He proved his mediocrity losing to LSU and a 3rd string dental student QB. All Tennessee fans are dumber than rocks.
They’re in the position because of the GM. They have No Offensive line. Traded away their best WR. The list could go on and on. Plus they’re having to pick up players off the street to field a team each week due to injuries. Have gone thru 82+ player. Vrabel is the least of their worries.
Does he coach the defensive line to dive through the other team’s line on victory formation plays? I know they did it against the Bengals (down 6) and Eagles (down 14). That’s such sour grapes, sore loser, BS.
Vrabes seema like an OK coach, but man, that organization is allergic to good QBs and doesn’t know how to assemble a WR room/keep it together. Tannehill is mediocre and that Willis kid is long way from serviceable at the moment.

The Titans are a small market team. They are too cheap to ever consistently be a super bowl threat.
