When will the Titans figure out that Vrabel is no good?

everyone has down years but his history says the opposite. I’m not even a titans fan and I know what they have done there is definitely good. He’s a good coach

That's why Jerry hires crap coaches or runs the good ones off. Name some teams with good coaches whose GM ties their hands in the draft? You can't because good coaches have a big say in the draft.

Terrible drafting equals a bad coach in my book. There is no light at the end of the tunnel for the Titans. New stadium won't fix it.
