Don't feel bad. I'm 49 with a three year old. Ugh!
Was 45 when my youngest was born. Turned out OK

I’m 81 now. My introduction to UK basketball was on Jan 29, 1955. Was in the 6th grade living in Camden, TN. Local TV was out of Nashville and they televised UK at Vandy that night. Announcers talked about the Kentucky program and the Man in the Brown Suit. Cats won that game and 2 1/2 months later Dad completed his training program with TVA and we moved to Paducah for his new job.

That fall began listening to UK games on local radio called by Claude Sullivan and a love affair was born. Interestingly enough two different stations broadcast UK games and Cawood was on the other broadcast.

First game in person was 1965 Mid-East regional in Iowa City where Cats dispatched Dayton and Henry Finkel and the next night Michigan and Cazzie Russell.

Saw Cats beat IU to make the FF in ‘75 and Arkansas and Duke in ‘’78 to win it all.

Thrilled with this year. So glad Cal is gone. The rest has been gravy.

I'm 57, turn 58 in December. The first team I can remember well is the 1975 runner up. Jimmy Dan Conner was my first favorite Wildcat.

Sure thing, sis. Just sit this one out. This is a fun thread. We don't need a sour puss like you ruining it.
Sour puss? You're the one without a sense of humor. If you can't take a joke, shut your soup coolers, skippy.
