Does anyone here know what the average price of a UK ticket football ticket is? I am coming to the Florida game, I purchased tickets for $60 - supposedly face value - located near the top of the sidelines. I suspect this ticket price is probably below average. I would think lower levels, chair backs, near mid-field, box and suites seats would be a lot more.
At $60 x 60,000 tickets would be $3.6 million per game times 8 games this year - that would be almost $30 million in ticket revenue alone. That doesn't include parking fees, concessions and donations to get those better seats. Sounds like spending $110 million on a football renovation is not so bad after all. Should be able to retire the bond debt quickly at this income level.
