Jibba jabb, foo!Okay, so what exactly is Matt Jones doing on it tonight? I saw something about it on KSR.
I've seen other people talk about it.
<----- this guy is clueless.
It's an app you very much need to download if you are a UK fan. It's kind of a live video feed from various sources. KSR, Matt Jones, UK, etc. have done an excellent job at this so far this year. Kind of a video version of Twitter.
As a UK fan that hasn't been able to go to a game yet this year, it's been epic. Live video feeds of the Catwalk, etc.
The Periscope live video feed of the players celebrating after the South Carolina game was one of the most awesome things I've experienced via the Internet as a UK fan. Was so cool to watch the game, get excited about the win, and then - in real time - see the team celebration afterwards. I felt like I was there.
I'm already looking forward to the Periscope version of basketball season.
Do you follow people like on Twitter?
Oh okay. So it's kinda like watching the SVP show on ESPN? You are kinda just watching someone talk?
I think I get it. I'll check it out.
Do you follow people like on Twitter?
Thanks everybody. I'll check it out.
Last question. Can you listen/watch past stuff?

Used to post fairly frequently at kysportsreport.com. I fell out of the habit of going to UK message boards, but found my way back here for Fornigate.I think I remember your username from another UK board.
Do you ever post there anymore?
I just read there, but seldom posted.
And just so you know, YOU can also periscope live your own events. Say you want to show an event in your life, do it live. Have the people you want to see it, follow you.
Of course, anyone that happens to stumble on it can see it too.
Pay Per View honcho's hate Periscope, people are streaming the fight, concert whatever on cell phones to Periscope. One guy I follow streams all the Bronco games from his stadium seat with surprising decent quality.
You better be johnny on the spot if you want to comment. MJ's periscopes fill up fast.
You can ask questions, or just give input. There's a limited number of participants for chat. Not sure what the max # is. I know the day the UL slutgate was exposed, he had a periscope. I got the notification when I was already on my phone. I clicked to join it immediately and was notified that it was already too full to chat. I'm talking like, 15 seconds (pun intended). What is the reason for a certain number of responses? And who cares if you respond or not?
Or do you respond with questions and he might answer one!
Matt will take comments/questions on Twitter as well as through the Periscope app. He cares more about good questions than whether they're from someone who go into the broadcast first. You better be johnny on the spot if you want to comment. MJ's periscopes fill up fast.
That's a good point. I've heard him mention that a few times. Thanks.Matt will take comments/questions on Twitter as well as through the Periscope app. He cares more about good questions than whether they're from someone who go into the broadcast first.
I literally clicked the notification for his Periscope when I was already in the Periscope app. Said broadcast was too full and had 1.3K viewers. What the hell?? lol. Don't care about chatting, just thought that was crazyMatt will take comments/questions on Twitter as well as through the Periscope app. He cares more about good questions than whether they're from someone who go into the broadcast first.

Oh yeah, you can still watch it. Actually, I never type anything on there. I just watch. Highly recommend, Sosa. Just make sure to setup your notifications so you know when he starts one.But you can still watch it?

Great way to put it - it takes the twitter thing to another level, I think - connects you with people in exclusive industries or across the world that you'd never hear from directly even 10 years ago, and now you can just watch them burp and scratch their nose etc with no TV makeup. There is a gratifying "immediacy" to it that is hard to describe.
I missed the one last night because I was watching the Colts game. I wasn't able to replay it. Maybe you're doing something different that allows you to replay?plus the periscope broadcasts stays up 24 hours static, can watch people you follow broadcasts for the last 24 hours if miss it live.
It was synced up through my twitter account, so it prompted me to select who I wanted to follow on periscope and I chose KSR.If you're old at 28 then I am ancient. I just added the app to my phone and am following Matt Jones. How do you know who to follow? It looks like you can randomly choose people from the map to watch. I have no idea what I'm doing but it looks pretty cool.
I'm 28 and apparently not "hip" anymore.
What is it?
That she does.Bree Olsen has a periscope
