I want Skal to learn to fight for the ball, for position; just want it more than the other guy. But to not necessarily be pushing and fouling. You don't have to be as strong as the other guy, use your quickness. Let them foul you & happily shoot the FTs. There are lots of guys who are successful out there that aren't strong. Ingram from Duke is 120lbs soaking wet. Give us 25 min, 10 pt, 6 reb, 1-2 blk, and some interior defense.

I want Briscoe to re-find his shot. Was that it we saw in the 2nd half vs Alabama? You don't have to hit 3's for us. Just make 2 out of 5 15-18' shots, and 2 out of 3 FTs. I noticed in those 2-3 shots he made vs Bama a lot of arc in them. You do that, and that makes your drives easier to make, and frees up other shooters.

I want Lee to give up traditional FT shooting methods. FTs can be difficult for guys with big hands. Underhanded is one option, but before trying that, I say try banking them in, just throw it to the center of that square.

I want Ulis to grow 5". Oh never mind, he wouldn't be Tyler then. Just keep doing what you're doing. If your elbow isn't 100% yet, then I want that healed.

I want Poythress to demand the ball, and take over consistently like he is capable of doing. You're a smart guy Alex, you know what (financially) that could do for you. And we need it!

I want Murray, to figure out his role in this team, and just because you can make a shot doesn't mean you should take that shot. He seems to either want to do everything, or kind of disappear. Once you figure that out, I'm not sure there is a better guard in the country.

I want Willis, to ignore all of the people and there expectations of you. You can shoot, & pass, and are athletic. Do what you do well, with confidence, whether you are playing 2 minutes or 20 minutes. You have a role on this team. Also, please rebound with 2 hands.

I want Humphries, to hit the gym, get in better shape and especially work on your quickness. You have a bright future ahead of you, but you have some hard work first. But be ready, just like w/ the Duke game, there will be some games where we need you in the interim.

I want Mulder to show us what you did in JC. Shooting is shooting. We've seen this past week you can rebound.

I want Matthews to just focus on getting better at the little things. Making good decisions with the ball, and shots that you can make.

I want Hawk to get healthy again. Like in the UL game, you showed you can contribute. Just don't try to do too much, and provide that JR leadership.

I want Wynyard, to be patient. You have a lot of learning and catching up to do. I want you to push the other bigs to get better, or make them step out of the way for you. Either way, we improve.
