Perry is better than Brea because he can actually dribble and pass.Seriously we need to explore lineup without Brea -/ he's fools gold

There is a reason these guys are still playing college and not professionally somewhere into their 4-5 yrs- they can now make $$ in college but not like they can professionallyHe wasn’t a starter for Dayton, was the 6th man along with Robinson. We asking guys who weren’t starters for their teams last season to be starters and stars. Brea is a 3 point specialist only.
What happened to that mind-bending zone that morphed into man every possession and broke Gonzaga’s brain? I keep thinking Pope is hiding it so it doesn’t get scouted too much, then will whip it out if we get in trouble in the NCAAT. If not it will basically be Pope’s platooning: something edgy that worked wonders then he magically went away from it without it ever failing. The problem was our strategy, I still can’t believe we don’t zone more.
If LaBrea isn’t making three’s there’s no reason for him to be on the floor, Noah couldn’t do worse and he hustles his butt off.I rather have Noah or at least try him
This is 100% the reason. Only Oteh and Williams can go to the rim and Oteh almost never fans it out to three point shooters. The five man out concept relies on someone who can break down the defense or set screens.Brea is struggling because the level of defense in the SEC and he doesn't have experienced point guards driving and kicking out to him.
Everyone on the floor should be setting screens. If done properly it gets guys wide open. Brea isn't a big fan of that concept. This is 100% the reason.
