6-5 285 as a Sophomore in HS.

Arkansas just offered him today. Their dad played for Michigan, which I would imagine will be our top competition for him.

Would LOVE to get him!!!

I know his family attends every game at UK so seeing both of their sons play hopefully will be a huge selling point.
It may be but their dad was a TE at UM. Who knows who the kid likes but alot of brothers go their own path. Josh didn't have the offers it looks like his brother will have

He is at St X. Michigan is recruiting him hard

First, it is too early to guess at the chances Tucker Kattus signs with UK two years from now. It is not too early to expect that already having Josh gives us an advantage with Tucker. How big of an advantage is anyone's guess, but it can't hurt.

Jeremy Flax and Marques Cox will use up their eligibility in 2023. Tanner Bowles, Josh Jones, and Deonte Buford are scheduled to use up their eligibility in 2024, although I am not clear on whether Buford and Jones have a COVID season to use in 2025. At a minimum, all those departures should leave David Wohlabaugh, Nik Hall, and Malachi Wood on our OT roster, plus anyone else who arrives in our 2024 signing class or from the portal. We can judge for ourselves what Wohlabaugh's, Hall's, and Wood's upsides might be, but it is too early to know. Offensive linemen can be late bloomers. But at the end of the day, it is obvious Coach Stoops will need to sign at least 1-2 OTs in our 2025 class unless he signs a big haul of OTs in 2024. I believe he will try to do that, because our OT roster is getting thin, and developing SEC OTs takes time. UK's coaches have already offered at least 20 scholarships to 2024 OT prospects although I have no idea how many of those are committable now.

Here are some notable 2025 hs OTs reported to hold UK scholarship offers already-

Jon Adair, Nashville, TN
Owen Aliciene, Avon, CT
Rafael Greene, Cincinnati, OH
Sandale Jackson, Cleveland, OH
Tucker Kattus, Cincinnati, OH
Carter Lowe, Toledo, OH
Mason Short, Evans, GA
Ameer Yasin, Tallmadge, OH

Of course no one knows what he will do. We don't know what the 24 guys might do. We also don't know how he will develop but if he's anything like his brother (tough as nails) he will be good. If he grows and develops as expected he will be recruited hard. Having Josh may help but his dad also went to UM so there are ties there and they are after him. You have said yourself many times brothers dont always follow each other but rather rhwir path. There will be a ton happen between now and then. He is def a prospect worth keeping an eye which was the subject of this thread.

Or maybe Josh continues to develop and family forces a move to Michigan to join his brother there. A lot can happen, good and bad, in 2 years.

I didn't suggest Tucker Kattus isn't worth keeping an eye on. I didn't suggest we know what the other OL prospects will decide either. I only suggested Coach Stoops must address the OT roster in our 2024 and 2025 recruiting classes because M. Cox, Flax, Bowles, Buford, and Jones will be gone soon. I would be glad to see Coach Stoops sign Tucker Kattus if he can. But one way or another, our OT roster needs to be rebuilt in the next 2 classes. We agree.

That sounds sensible. I would guess that if the family likes Liam Coen and Zach Yenser, UK's chances to sign Tucker Kattus should be pretty good. Add to that, Vince Marrow recruited Josh Kattus, and Marrow is Josh's position coach now. Marrow is also recruiting Tucker. Lexington is closer to Cincinnati than the other schools Tucker is most likely to consider. Considering all of those factors, we should have a good chance to sign him. But like mrschump says, a lot can happen in 2 years.
