What $150,000,000 gets you on billionaire's row NYC

Obviously that’s an incredible and amazing apartment but if I had 150 million to spend on real estate that’s about the last thing I would buy. The crazy thing is that is almost certainly not a primary residence.

Two floors, 11,000sf, overlooking central and views of the entire city. That's a special place.

I'd rather buy a home in the mountains or out in the country that can't be accessed by most anything but a 4x4 or chopper and keep away from places like that in the city. To be honest, I have a horrible heights issue. My hands started sweating when he opened the window and talked to the window washers.

I was in the Sears (Willis) Tower once and you could feel the building sway. It was at that point I realized I can't deal with heights anymore. I believe I had a panic attack while on the 108th floor. So I prefer to have my feet near the ground.

With that kind of money though you could also buy an island somewhere as well. Not sure if any of them are safe from things like hurricanes, tropical storms, typhoons, or tsunamis.
