Week 10 gambling picks

I like Tennessee, Nebraska and Oregon to cover. I see UK’s line continuing to grow, it could get to 17 or higher.

31-19-3 YTD

Tuesday Night CUSA / Sunbelt

Over 44 NM State / FIU (why I am betting this I have not a clue, but 44 is low even for two terrible offenses.)

Over 45.5 La Tech / Sammy Htown - See above, both CAN create big plays. Just need Tech to somehow score 17ish.

Leaning under 58 in the other Tuesday game. Will be a battle for top spot Louisiana Rajon Cajuns and Texas State. Both have solid defenses, Texas State is at home and if they beat the Rajun Cajuns, they will be tied with them and 2 other teams for top spot in the Sunbelt. May throw a little on the Louisiana ML, they are the better team, but on the road. If not, will take the points.

2-1 last night, I will take it. Was worried at the half in the NM State / FIU game, only 13 points at the half, they combined for 34 in the 2nd.
No chance in the LA Tech / Sam Houston. LOL, 9-3, did it snow ? 50 mph winds ? WTF, 12 points combined ?

33-20-3 YTD

Tonight

Liberty -2 at home vs Jax State. Refocused after the embarrassing lost to Kennesaw State.

Over 49 Kennesaw State / WKU - IF Kennesaw State can get 13/14, WKU will do the heavy lifting. I expect WKU to hang 35 or so.

anyone down to do the ladder with Cody Brown?

The odds were not great on DK so I added Tulane ML

Or you could change Mixon to 60 yards

Wore the hat last night, going a smooth 0-2. WKU / Kennesaw State was 24-10 at the half. Total was 49, only needed 15 points, 15 !!! Kennesaw got their 14 total I needed, but after dropping 24 in the first half, WKU scores 7 for the whole 2nd half. 31-14 final.

33-22-3 YTD

Halloween Night Plays :

Tulane -14 @ Charlotte ( a little worried about a back door cover by Charlotte. I can see a possibility they are maybe down 20 and score a meaningless TD late, and only lose by 13.)

Under 55 Tulane / Charlotte (35-17 Tulane)

Tulane team total over 34.5 points (0.1)
San Diego St-Boise St under 56.5 points (0.1)
Wyoming +7.5 (0.1)
Ohio St team total first half under 12.5 (0.1)

Okay fellas...Gambling Newbie here.....I've never really bet on sports before... so trying to get somewhat educated prior to opening an account.

My question is can you bet on a dog to win out right?.... or can you only bet on the spread one way or the other?

In other words, could I bet on the Cats to win the game at Knoxville this saturday?.... or can I only bet on them to beat the spread? And if so, is the payout higher?

No you have two choices, but UK +17.5 -110 (my current line) or UK money line +720. Moneyline they have to win, and if you bet $100, you win $720. The spread they do not have to win, just not lose by more than 17.5 Wagering $100 would pay you $90.

My lines above are current on FanDuel.

2-0 last night after going 0-2 Wednesday night. 35-22-3 YTD. Won Tulane -14 and under 55 Tulane / Charlotte

South Florida / Florida Atlantic over 47.5

Georgia State / UCONN over 47

2-0 again last night. Not even close.

USF / FAU scored 65 (total was 47.5) 31 point 3 qtr, did it.

Georgia St. / UCONN scored 61 (total was 47) 28 point 4th qtr.

These mid-upper 40's totals I really like to bet. One high scoring qtr. and it has a good chance. Over half of the totals in both games last night came in 1 quarter. USF/FAU only needed 17 points in 3 qtrs. with the 31 point qtr. The GS/UCONN game only needed 20 points in 3 qtrs. after getting 28 in one.

37-22-3 YTD (6-3 so far for the week. )

Early games :
Memphis / UTSA over 61 - Lot of points, but these teams can score and defenses are not that good.

Ole Miss / Arkansas under 54

Ohio State / Penn State under 48 - Going against my normal play, but both teams have solid defenses and PSU's QB is hurt.

Air Force / Army over 41 - I think Army gets 30-35 alone, just need Air Force to score 10. Army has the #1 ranked rushing offense with 369 yards per game, Air Force is ranked 117th vs the run on defense. Army has a stout defense and Air Force has trouble scoring is my only concern. But it is a big time armed forces rivalry so maybe they can bring a little extra.

Thanks brother, appreciate it....I'm assuming that anytime you bet the moneyline.... the underdog has to win the game. Correct?

No you can beat the favorite to win or the underdog to win on the money line. Obviously the payout for the favorite winning isn’t all that good especially compared to the underdog winning outright.

Depends. You can take either team on the ML, whoever you take, they must win. Example, ML on Tenn. is -1200. That means if you took UT and the ML, you would win $83 if you lose, you lose $1200 on a $100 bet. Risk not worth the reward.
