Good Wednesday folks.
Just got out of spring practice practice today and will have a transcript, but wanted to give some quick hitters first.
Stoops said that today was an average practice. Somewhat expected with it being the first practice in over a week, but said there's no excuses.
Stoops said that both Patrick Towles and Drew Barker were inaccurate throwing the ball today. The receivers were also inconsistent in catching the ball. Jeff Badet had a rough day and is still getting in the swing of things. I'll have a story coming on him later.
Defensive tackle Jacob Hyde practiced with the offense some today as a fullback. Stoops said that he may be used in certain situations and may be able to help them once the season gets here.
Stoops said that Saturday's practice will be open to the media and the public. He didn't give an exact time, but said it would be later in the afternoon.
