oh, wait a minute...remember we didn't have any trip to the Bahamas/China any of that prep...just a handful of games playing together. And it showed. These kids were shell shocked they are so surprised to be behind in a game. It probably happened to them seldomly last year in high school. They looked like the kids that they are. UCLA looked like the adults. We'll get there. Cal can't teach them fundamentals and plays and defense and passing...all in a few weeks. We looked like what we are without Lee, POYTHRESS and Ulis at full strength...one foot out of high school.
