In the mean time we get our AD sorted out to make a hire in 3-5 years. It’s a no brainer. I’m not in the judgement category when it comes to leaders I just want the best and while they work for me be on their best behavior. The man has paid his dues. I had personal business dealings with the man. He thought because he is who he is he did not have to pay. Then got mad when he called and wanted me to come back again. I said why would I come back and work for free. The words and thoughts that came out of his mouth was pathetic.
