One of the best documentaries I've ever seen. Story of when the USA select college team played the Dream Team(first USA team with pro players, considered greatest team ever across all sports). This was while they were getting ready for the Olympics so you could call it training camp. With a huge but hilarious twist at the end. Mashburn is one of the main guys.
It's done almost exactly in a 30 for 30 fashion, with the key cog of the doc being storytelling and from different perspectives. Also Coach k comes across as kind of a petty bitch which is good.
Random funny story about the Dream Team, as some of you know I sell sports cards and memorabilia for a living and years ago bought a team set of the 92 dream team starting lineup figurines. It has everyone even Jordan.....except Leattner. They left Leattner out of the product completely 😂 *still have them if anyone wants to see a photo I can put it on Twitter then post the tweet here
