Out of all the INCREDIBLE teams Coach Cal has put together this team might be the best.

Plus, look he we have played & beat CONVINCINGLY! A collection of the best teams from the best conferences in all of college basketball this season. Kansas, Texas, UCLA, UL, UNC, Providence, etc.

Rocking TWO top 5 picks on the inside in Big Willie and KAT. 4 of the best guards in all of college basketball in the twins, Ullis, and Booker. 2 other future NBA starters in Dakari & Trey. Plus our very own human pogo stick in Marcus Lee.

This team is Coach Cal's "Free Bird". Skynyrd had other great songs, but there will only ever be one "Free Bird". The greatest rock song in HISTORY! LOL!

I'm Lovin' It like McDonalds and all but uh, there's one problem. Cal's 2010 Cats started the season 19-0 before unraveling @South Carolina. Five more wins and 2014/2015 will be the best start.

jameslee32, true. I had a slight brain fart, there. I thought they started out 14-0 for whatever reason. Has been corrected.

Still... THE CATS ARE INSANE THIS YEAR! UN-FREAKING-BELIEVABLE!

Better than I EVER thought Kentucky would be when I first started following every game back in 1992. I think back to all the other teams that I thought were SO good and realize just how far we have come.

We are so spoiled as a fanbase. Coach Calipari has been beyond belief. I am waiting to be pinched and woken up.

I NEVER thought we would see this kind of sustained success. The last few Pitino years were fun, but what Cal is doing is getting to a different level.

EVERY SINGLE SEASON WE ARE ONE OF THE FAVORITES TO CUT DOWN THE NETS! EVERY ONE THESE DAYS!

And I do not see any sign of that stopping.

Holy crap... Thank God I am a Kentucky fan!

2009-2010...not as deep as this team, but incredibly athletic/talented. loved watching them. I think it was against indiana....wall had this great dunk...full court off a pass...just blew past everyone. several great plays throughout the season....fun to watch...most of the time.

If this is all a dream, PLEASE do not wake me up.

I am trying to stop and smell the roses more often when watching Cal's Kentucky teams play. I do not know how this amount of success could EVER be topped in today's game. EVER. Seriously.

Being the perennial favorites year after year to win it all in the preseason. Watching MULTIPLE recruits be selected to play in High School All American games. E8, F4, CHAMPIONSHIP, Runner Up, etc. Having seemingly every NBA team be represented by a UK player. Hearing the best HS players BEG for a scholarship and picking out whoever Cal wants. DOMINATING UL and all of the other historical rivals we play...

There are so many reasons to be thankful.

Calipari has brought us back to the undisputed number 1 team in all of college basketball. I will be forever grateful to him.

Far cry from the "20 win tubby" years….. Thankfully. Not intended to start a Tubby bash…. Just sometimes have to look back to appreciate what we have at the moment.

This team has played a tougher schedule than that 2010 team though. So if this team wins the next 4 games , this season's start would be more impressive based on the numbers and facts. But I think that 2010 team's start meant so much more to us UK fans simply due to the hell we went through for the 4 years prior. A lot more emotion built up for that season due to it being the return to glory.
