Am I wrong to say both are way better coached than the Cats? Both play such tough gritty defense. For some reason our young men do not seem to even want to guard.

Really...cuz I am watching Auburn get absolutely dominated in the first half...much like I saw Bama get absolutely destroyed at Tenn over the weekend. Like I said in another thread...almost like it is hard winning on the road in the SEC.

As something of a dual fan, I can assure you that “tough gritty defense” is about the last phrase I would associate with this year’s Alabama team. They’re still dangerous because of their offense, but the first team to 90 may win when we play them.
People here under rate Bama cause..........number of losses.
They will be one of the top four teams in the SEC along with Auburn, UT and UK.

Or TN is the best team in the conference and UK is 4th or 5th.
I see 2 teams that play hard, I def wouldn’t call either team well coached. Shot selection is awful and lots of turnovers. If either of these coaches were at UK our fan base would go crazy

Bama sucks...why isn't pearl blowing them out? He also has Holloway a McDonald's all american...hows it close? I thought those were the rules?
Also Oats had one of the top recruiting classes last year including the best player...why didn't he win every game by 30 and win the title?

Auburn plays like they want to win - like they need to win. Don’t see much of that from our guys. Auburn isn’t going to lay down and take a beating like UK did at USC.
As I believe I've said before, I think a big reason you're probably right about this is Alabama's shot selection reflected on their shot charts. I've seen them often pass up open 17 ft. shoots.
Road games are hard and officials are always gonna suck. That’s not why we lost to South Carolina!

Good game. But it's obvious that the lack of mean-mugging and tongue-wagging by ole JD lost Auburn this game.
