Idiot Roger Ayers just called a makeup walk on Cal.. The only problem was the kid didn't walk. Va had been griping about a walk that wasn't called so Ayers took care of it on the next play. college basketball sucks.. The refs have already started letting it get like football again.

UVA is great Defensive team and that is about it. They held Cal to 27 points in 1st half and now 23 in 2nd half with 3min to go. UVA offense is horrible and that is why Coach Bennett in 7 years has went to 2 NIT's, has lost in the 2nd round Twice, went to One Sweet Sixteen and lost, and first 2 season were losng records. In post-season play UVA has does nothing under Coach Bennett in 7 years.

Cal is a good young team but there's not much difference between Cal, Zona, UCLA, Oregon and Utah. Those guys will be beating each other up in conference play.

Virginia doesn't exactly have a lot of superstars on offense, they just make due with what they have. They're not explosive/flashy, their hard nosed and gritty and just does what it takes to win. They have a lot of talented players coming next season, they will eventually break through.
