Viewership for last week

UK vs UGA was the most watched football game of the week.

Bama was #2.

LSU Vs Scar was #3...

Early numbers and could change but if that holds....


The SEC is going to dominate on the next contract. The only way Big teams rank high is if they play an SEC team or Mich plays OSU.

And those who watched the UK/Georgia game got to see a real SEC rock fight.
As did the viewers of LSU/USCe.

And ours was the highest rated, but lowest scoring game! So much for passing the ball to sell tickets!

I still like lower scoring FB, 27-26 is fine, when it gets into the upper 30's or into the 40's for both teams just not my favorite kinda ball.

That might show greater relevance if you are located outside of Kentucky and Georgia, but I’ve forgotten where you are from.

Another consideration: profit sharing with the players is quickly becoming a reality, via a Lawsuit settlement.

You might hate the idea, but the SEC will be able to share more television profits with student athletes than anyone else.

During the game I went to a local sports bar to pick up an order of wings and gator nuggets and all eyes were on the UK-GA game. The place was packed and I don't think I would be exaggerating to say 95% of the crowd was pulling for Kentucky.
