Very proud of Jeremiah Fears. I got exactly what I wanted tonight.

He'll still be 18 at the start of his NBA career and he would be 18 at the start of his sophomore season if he came back.

He reclassified. People typically turn 19 during their second year in college, which is what will be happening with Jeremiah.
Maybe 1/2, or a little less will turn 19 during (first semester) of their sophomore yr. Anyone w/ a birthday from January to July would be 19 before their second yr. started. Not that it makes a difference to the point you're making: Fears is very young.

Very smooth and skilled. The game felt like either Oweh or Fears was going to carry their team to victory, and honestly both played well enough to deserve the win.

We love it when it's Antoine Walker doing the shimmy against Vanderbilt on a putback dunk, or DeAndre Liggins calling Harrison Barnes a b*tch, but some people can't take it when it's the other team. I get it. It's tribalism, but it's funny when people go overboard with their disdain for the opponents doing it.

That being said, I'm glad that Jeremiah's last memory of Kentucky is getting his potential game winning shot swatted.
I don’t get bent personally, just don’t care for tooooo much of it.

You must be 19 years old by the end of the calendar year of the draft , anyone who starts their NBA career at 18 would be 19 on or before December 31. Also your logic is backwards, if he were in high school as you say he should be then he’s already 18 and would be 19 before playing a game in college his freshman year which would be next year.
His birth date is October 14, 2006.
Jayden Quaintance is an example of a player who should be a true senior in high school. His birth date is July 11, 2007 and he isn’t draft eligible.

What are you trying to argue?

Current seniors Jasper Johnson, Maleek Thomas, Caleb Wilson, and Mikel Brown Jr. are all older than Fears.

Current senior Darius Acuff is only a month younger. Ament is only two months younger. Fears is three months older than Dybantsa and Peterson.

His age is par for the course for a current high senior. He's playing ahead of all those guys, which makes his performance that much more impressive.

Again, what are you trying to argue?

Well, there's all sorts of redundancy on this message board. How many times does a poster have someone who he personally knows who wanted to come to UK and end up playing UK in a buzzer-beater level game? I'm excited for UK and Fears tonight.

It's not like I'm creating threads about my favorite stamp collection. Again, if you don't like it, don't click.
Man I don’t care if you posted 1 million threads about it this is an awesome thing. You taught this kid and him playing in a big game like this is just awesome! People around here just want to piss all over people all the time! The sad part is we are supposed to all be BBN here and support one another. There is no other fan base like ours on this planet!

Now hopefully he goes into the portal and he’s wearing that blue next year!

That your statement that he should be a true senior in high school is not correct and comparing him to high school players that also aren’t true seniors doesn’t change that. His age is not on par for a true high school senior, he has been held back somewhere along the way, which is not uncommon for athletes but he is not the age o a true high school senior.
You made the statement and can’t figure out what I’m saying?
