If you had told me before the season started UK would have all these wins over ranked teams I would have said you were smoking whacky weed laced with lsd. Especially when the season started and the SEC looks to quote the second best athletic conference right behind the NBA.

From a non UK, I agree 100%. Pope is a very good coach. Good character guy, good demeanor, knows basketball, can teach basketball, is a fiery competitor.

He has what it takes.

In other words: the dislocation will heal and stability will return in a few weeks, but he probably also has a tear that will require surgery.

That's kind of what I read into it as well. Butler did seem in positive spirits in the locker room. So, hopefully we do still get him back soon and he's still able to play and be effective.
