Guess we can start the conversation of whos the next coach of UNC? Likely to cut loose of Davis after next season. Blue Blood job opening soon and I don't see Nate Oats leaving Bama when they are rolling along.
If they can him, they need to catch heat just like we did when Tubby and Cal quit. Apparently we were supposed to be fine with mediocrity, but unc can sh*tcan one of their own and it's cool.
I dunno. He maybe gone after this season. Two NITs at UNC in four years? Put us in their shoes. Say we got rid of Cal four years ago. And this is Pope's fourth season. Same results. Would we be keeping him?Guess we can start the conversation of whos the next coach of UNC? Likely to cut loose of Davis after next season. Some idiot in here called then garbage when they beat usYeah for sure I said all along that Clemson loss wasn’t bad, still should have pulled it out but they have proven to be tough at home. Carolina isn’t even competing most games though.

I guess it depends on who they get.I’d say he becomes available when Hubert is canned.
Scheyer has had the good fortune of playing in a weak ACC the last 2 years so his overall record isn't indicitive of what he has done there. If he was coaching there a few years back when Virginia, UNC, Louisville, Miami and a couple of other schools were ACC title contenders he wouldn't look as good as he does currently.A couple short years ago I would have been willing to bet good money that Hubert Davis would have been more successful in replacement of Roy than Jon Scheyer in replacement of Kyrsewwskiiii.
Bubba has been there quite a while now. I forgot about him.AMEN BROTHER!!! And Hubert has a more recent final four than Tubby or Cal did. Maybe Bubba Cunningham (yes, the UNC AD is named “Bubba”… you can’t make this sh*t up…) can comment on it. I’ll be waiting.
Nah.. His head got in the way, kid wanted to be “ Tha Man “ remember?Caleb wants to be a part of this?
The ACC mouthpieces at espn will still argue how they should get into the NCAAT.
