UK confirmed Ulis suffered a hyperextended right elbow and will not return to the South Florida game. He will be listed as day-to-day moving forward.

Kentucky has two days off before it hosts Illinois State in Lexington on Monday.

Very positive considering what it could've been. Here's to hoping this is the last scare/injury we go through this year.

I'm no doctor, but I'm glad a lot of people (especially on the first page of this thread) aren't doctors. Gets hit in the elbow and people are saying separated shoulder, broken arm or broken wrist. Wtf?

So whats the update? I seen there was one on HOB but I aint subscribed. Somebody needs to post it here.

Hey guys, Cards fan here just hoping Ulis is okay. That kid is an incredible player and I love watching him play. You all have an other great team this year. Obviously I hope the Cards win next month but don't see that happening. I support the Cats when it is not vs the Cards and am very impressed by the talent on your squad this year. Good luck during the season.

He will be back for the UL game for sure...so yeah. Good luck to you too, you are gonna need it against MSU and UK and the ACC.

UCLA is also mediocre

While that's true, Ucla has more talent than Illinois State. I would rather see Ulis sit out a game just to get healthy. We always need Ulis, but with the guards we have on our roster, i think it will be okay if the kid sits out just one game. This is why it is so awesome when you have 3 guards that can all play point guard and do just as well as the other. All 3 of these guys bring a totally different skillset to the table.

According to MJ's sources, he's questionable for Illinois St, but should be good to go for UCLA.
