UL starting their video/pic officiating thread again lol

The Worry was the blocking call on Tyler. And check out the guys on Poy's back during two of his dunks, oh and a couple of missed traveling calls.
Wow, it wasn't good for both sides. Hmmmmmm?

Didn't see anyone commenting on UL's use of the fore arm push to get free to receive a pass. They do it with the ball a lot but off the ball, they get away with it most of the time and it is a foul. They can cry all they want but they got more than a fair shake. They were in the bonus first in both halves and got away with a ton more fouls than were called.

the defensive player did not cleanly block the ball, he got.mostly arm/wrist. This is a foul. Same goes for the Murray dunk, he was fouled as the LOUISVILLE player got all arm.
By the rules, the hand is considered part of the ball. At best it's borderline.

As regards to their thread, I honestly think some of them enjoy complaining about losing more than they would winning against us.

Not that they have anything to compare it to of course.

What are you talking about? Didn't you know in Louisville that arm , head and shoulders are part of the ball? At least all up until it's them shooting and then suddenly there is no such thing as a block.

In the first half Shows called out of bounds on Murray, believing that Murray stepped out and did not reestablish himself in-bounds before receiving a pass in the corner. It wasn't even close to being the correct call.

there were bad calls both ways. Murray got pushed in the back by Mahmoud (Mahmoud got all back and no ball) the caused a Murray turnover and a Louisville run out in the first half. It was a clear missed call. Also, Murray was fouled on his failed dunk attempt imo.

I know the play you are talking about. Murray goes stumbling across the court! I don't think he just flew sideways for no reason! I couldn't believe they didn't call the push!

Remember this one from last year? This was called a foul..... on Tyler. He also had his head cut open by Chris Jones' elbow with no foul called (even on the review).

So yeah. They can talk about officiating all they want.

This post from a UNC fan was priceless....

"I'm a North Carolina fan, and I'll admit when I watched the game real-time I felt the calls were pretty even. Several missed, but both ways. But the logic on this thread has been irrefutable. I'm now infuriated that the Kentucky Wildcats were given the game that clearly was deserved by Louisville and Rick Pitino."
