To be fair, our football season was already in the toilet, AND Stoops had beaten UL five straight. Kinda hard to be as motivated as they were for that one.
Cards played well today but rebounds and lack of depth killed them. We should have gone at Edwards and fouled him out with about 10 mins left but he was able to stay in the game and keep it somewhat close. Anytime your opponent hits 14 threes and you still win and never trail in the game, you take that.

Well… you see I had to wait until the game was over to know how they played. Funny how that works.

He didn’t say anything that wasn’t true. I’ve only seen one other team actually quit on a coaching staff. We did quit. It was obvious.
