I hate excusing this though. This was a gimme.
I at least LIKED last years team.
I just don't really like our guys. Dont hate them or anything, theyre all just meh. I like Kerr and his swagger because hes the pesky player we need, like Butler's ability and think he's one of the fee players here who could start on some of Cals teams..
The rest are just totally forgettable for me. I don't find myself thinking "man, can't wait to see what Robinson is gonna do on the court today" like I did with so many past players.

KY 31 points below there average , Pope hasn’t made many adjustments and has been sitting down a lot too. Wonder if he wants to lose to send a message to his players

I couldn't have said it better. Just no star power or anything "special" about this squad. I just don't understand how you don't shown up for long stretches of games REPEATEDLY.

If they do this in the NCAA tournament, they'll be gone in the first weekend with Pope chirping in the post game about what a blessing it is to work with such a great collection of young men.
I get Popes philosophy on being positive and not screaming but it ain’t really working here recently. It also is weird because he is constantly praising Pitino who coached him like an absolute psychopath

It actually won't. Ohio State will be top 50 in the NET all year. Neutral court loss, not bad at all.
