Not like there’s a lot of good plays for 4th & 20, but did we not have something we could at least attempt besides a shallow cross? Literally the only way that could have generated a 1st down was a facemask on the tackle.
Up ten with two minutes left. They are going to do everything they can to score again.
Yep we aren’t beating Texas and Louisville and now I’m starting to wonder do we really have a chance against Murray State!
With no crowd and no QB that Murray game could be interesting.

Losing tonight isn’t the issue. The issue is if the played with this level of effort the last 3 weeks they would have at minimum beaten vandy and auburn. They have no consistency
The sad thing is we got as many breaks as anyone could have hoped for with missed FGs, UT turnovers, etc. A 10 point loss is our high water mark. If we played them 10 times, we would lose the other nine games by 3+ TDs IMO.
Keep working hard, hit the weights. These boys just need another off-season to get it right. 10 wins twice boys... Kentucky can't do no better.... Probation wins taken away dont count because I said so and stoops earned em fair n square

This game was PROOF positive that our offense is just NOT up to winning at a consistent level. the WHOLE Stoops philosophy is NEVER going to win at the level needed in today's game. ALL of the rules favor the offense. So WHY doesn't he VALUE scoring more??!!!

Your point is well-taken but UT showed some chinks in their armor tonight. They might pull it together but I think they’re vulnerable as a playoff team.
Tough to see them stay in the game late only to close like this. Not happy with state of things, but not sure about running off coach either.
How many SEC losses the last couple of years? How many wins?
I bet at least 90% of the people on this board could do a better job than Stoops. We need a change and need a change in the worst of ways!
I wish this game was a blowout from the start so I wouldn't have to watch the whole thing.
I give Tenn credit for not trying to run up the score late. We were in the game fir 3 quarters mainly because UT missed 3 field goals that most teams make.
As far as I am concerned, CMS broke faith with UofK last year with the aborted move to A&M. He is played out IMO. "Want to" means a lot and I am not seeing much out of him, his staff, and much of his team.
The only problem is confidence in the AD and his hit or miss hiring practices is low I think.
If we can navigate buyouts, AD and HC positions could use some new energy.
Wouldn't surprise me if we are about to get some opt outs. Very little left to play for. No bowl chance (ain't no way that we win out with the current state of the team).
Proud of the team for playing their assets off. This team hasn't given up. The play calling is disappointing. The OL is a year away. It's a shame they've been so close to putting things together and just haven't. Very disappointed for the players.

WE showed some chinks in their armor. Our staff found them. Our players exploited them. We just couldn't finish the game offensively. Don't know where to go from here

You know. There is at least a small chance because if we don’t Stoops is probably unemployed at the end of the season.
Love ya, girt, but 'the OL is a year away' line cracked me up. A year away from what? We lose both Cox (M and E), Ford and Mincy. The younger players, for the most part, haven't seen many/any snaps so we have no idea what we've got. Would not surprise me in the least to see several transfer out. I can't see anything but another step back next year on the OL, truthfully. They've been way below expectations this year and we lose a ton of experience.
With graduation and transfers, the majority of this team that has played significant snaps may not return next year. We could really be awful next year, like Joker bad.
