This feels nothing like that game. We aren't playing inspired ball tonight. Haven't the last 4 games.

A lot like the GA game. I'm now concerned with all the injuries next week against Murray State. We have lost several tonight that may not be ready next week.

Easier to defend now. Gavin can't pass. At this point put Allen in there.
Might be a tough spot for him. At this point, I can’t imagine that Beau Allen could possibly be that much worse than Wimsatt though. With Brock looking like he may miss extended time, I’d at least consider trying something different. There’s just no threat of a pass to even make the defense respect with Wimsatt in there.
I can hear it now too……I don’t have any answers right now, but we just need to get back to work (said in a defeated tone).
If you have a HC who thinks the QB is primarily a runner , that how . Ole Mark doesnt favor the forward pass that much

Way too many times tonight (and every game), we've had slow developing pass plays that put the QB at risk. Do we not have a shallow cross/drag in the entire playbook? A quick slants? Every dang pass play doesn't have to be designed to get 40 yards. Sometimes, a quick 3 or 4 yards is absolutely fine.
With a competent play caller this team could be .500 or maybe 7-5. But, there is just no logic in the scheme. We'll be lucky to win 5, 4 of Wimsatt is the QB.
