We hold them without points and we don't get any points. I would have been fine trying to get 3 there. Now they will increase their lead.

It was also from 51 yards. That’s not exactly a gimme. Even the announcers said analytics say you’re better off going for the first down there.
That tells you something right there, we can’t win for losing. How in the hell can everything go right for Tennessee?
Should have taken the FG. That was dumb. If it was the 4th quarter then I get going for the lead there.
Playing better but not good enough to win. We have to stop giving up points. When we make stops we need to score. That first five min screwing us big time

They should’ve just ran a 8 yard pass to Dingle over the middle instead of going for the long bomb

I agree take the FG over that terrible play call. If you have a good play over the middle it. Don’t throw it to a midget in single coverage.
Analytics doesn't include the Kentucky effect. Whatever bad that can happen usually does. Try and get the points in a game you can't hardly make a stop.

The problem with playing them is we can’t stop them fro scoring and we can’t score enough. This is the way it’s always been more often than not.

Not saying I 100% agree, but I also see why the decision was made. In the end it won’t matter if our defense isn’t better. We need a turnover or two in the most desperate of ways.
