Brea, Robinson, Perry and Carr targeted by Bama

Can’t have too many on court together at once

We have 2 players that can truly guard 1 on 1. Oweh and Butler. Other than that, the speed and athletic ability of Georgia, Texas A&M at times, and definitely Bama yesterday showed.

At one point late in the game Robinson switched with Butler on Sears, and I was screaming “no no no, don’t make that switch “.

Perry isn't quite there defensively. At this stage Brea won't be. Williams is Jekyll and Hyde. Carr is likely hurt worse than we know. BG certainly has potential.

Sorry, I love TP, but he is miles away from being there defensively. Needs to get way stronger. He gets abused a lot on the defensive end of the floor. A lot.

I do wonder if Carr is hurt even worse than we know. He’s never necessarily been an All-Defensive Team type of player, but I don’t really remember him being such an obvious liability for most of the year. Nelson completely punked him yesterday.

Some of it, I think, is Andrew trying to cover for the deficiences of Amari and Brandon.

Reason number 1 why I wish Thiero had stayed. We need a big strong athletic PF.
