Yep I've been there a few times. Pretty lively during the summer. I may take a peek but this summer they had live cover bands every night.Not sure about UK friendly but this place is on Cocoa Beach.

Got in very late last night and saw a bar open and packed at 3 am on a Monday night/Tuesday morning just up in Cape Canaveral. Had a bunch of TVs
I'll be there in a few weeks for a cruise, let me know if you find anything. I'll be at a hotel the night before during the Gonzaga game.
Funny, I'll be in Seattle the day after the Gonzaga game (thinking about scootching back to arriving on Saturday morning and finding a cheap ticket last minute)...
Will let you know how it goes. Leaving work now for hotel then down to that joint recommended above. Given the large # of retirees in the area, I'd be surprised if there is a "lively" UK place. And then I went and forgot any UK gear.
If you're inland there's quite a few places in Cocoa/Merritt Island but it's been a long time since I was hanging out in central Fla. Most of my time has been in Bonita Springs area recently until Ian demolished the economics of living in southwest Fla.
I'm from Bonita as well. The sports bar along Bonita Beach rd and old 41 was pretty good. I miss the sunsets and dog track, lol
Ended up just connecting to the TV at the hotel and streaming it. Realized most bars not in KY won’t be streaming SEC+.
