Wow.
Looking at the rest of those "elite" names, one has to surmise that Kentucky has an excellent shot at winning the whole thing this year.
I'd even venture to say their odds might be better than last season, being that there are no Dukes, Arizonas, or Wisconsins on the horizon. Maryland is a two NBA prospect team; UNC has about four NBA guys, but none of them are lottery-type talent; Duke has Brandon Ingram and a collection of 2nd round picks surrounding him; Kansas is still Kansas. After that, there's an enormous drop-off.
Meanwhile, Kentucky has two bona fide top 5 picks, a pair of ultra-athletic veterans in Marcus Lee and Alex Poythress, pretty good depth, and some kid named Tyler Ulis who now has a full year under his belt.
