Vacationing in East Tennessee, UK fans are destroying the competition. I'd say around 1/3 of the fans around here are all UK, and there's tens of thousands of people here. Just wanted to post this to congratulate the fan base yet again. Best in college sports.

I ran into a Lousiville fan that worked behind the counter of a college apparel store. He informed me they are a multiple sport university out of nowhere. I was like? Isn't Louisville 1-3? I let him off easy the UK fan behind me roasted him on Rick.

Anyway, good showing fans. Well done.

I Was down there last weekend and it was much of the same UK fans everywhere. We definitely had the best showing. I believe I ran into that same Louisville fan at the big college store(can't remember the name) he had corn rows and through up the stupid L sign at me. I bought a shirt and he talked a little smack and as we were smack talking another UK fan came in and had my back. Like always we won and shut him up lol

A whole lot of people from southeastern Kentucky flock to that area on weekends and when their kids are on breaks.

Got a vacation home in Sevierville and was down there this weekend as well. There is always a bunch of UK blue every time we go! Great place for a getaway too, there's something for everyone and some of the best food this side of the Mississippi.

I bought a Glock 26 this weekend at Buds Guns in sevierville. Between that and the huge knife store I gotta stop comin. I cant come here without buying guns and knives. Lol.

I'm here also this weekend. We are staying in a nice cabin in Parkside Resort. Unreal how many UK fans we saw today and yesterday. Ate at Paula Deens today, the table beside us, and another to the left, were all people outfitted in UK gear.

Too funny. We are heading there this week for a night on our way to our condo in NC at Sugar Mountain. One day at Dollywood for the kids before the hiking begins. I'll have to sport the BIG BLUE colors!

Right on man. Help keep East Tennessee blue!

Dude the knife shop and buds guns in seveirville OMG. I completely got lost in the knife mansion. Ended up buying a fixed blade Boker and it took over 3 hours as I couldn't decide between 40,000 knives. Then went to buds and fired some AR-15's , bought a damn Glock, and stayed there for hours.

It's impossible for me in seveirville, but I will gladly take a reduced rate (being a fellow UK bro) on your vacation home. :)

Ah good ole Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, the redneck paradise. Always have to get a caramel apple and fried apple pie from the Apple Barn.

The Myrtle Beach of Tennessee. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I really enjoy that area. Usually go every early December around the time that parade they always have starts. Everything is always so festive. (I tend to skip the parade though since the traffic can be a nightmare getting out of Gatlinburg once it's over. (I usually stay in Pigeon Forge when I go.)

LOL. That and we always call the Destin area of FL the Redneck Riviera.

BTW there is an easier way into Pigeon Forge that avoids most of the traffic. One that us Knoxville folk use.

Traffic there is a huge turnoff for me. Multiple thoughts of road rage come to mind last year. I remember going as a kid over 30 years ago and even then it was pretty bad. If you are planning a nice, quiet and relaxing mountain getaway, PF is not the place. If you like being stuck in bumper to bumper traffic with screaming kids and large crowds of people then be my guest. Someone had it right when they said the " Myrtle Beach of Tennessee". Dollywood was fun at least.
